There are two Russian consulates in the United Kingdom that issue visas. They have both outsourced to a Russian Visa Application Centre (RVAC) so you should apply to the RVAC rather than the Consulate directly. For Consulates in other countries, please see the list below.
Please note that contacting the consulate by telephone can be difficult, especially if you do not speak Russian. If you are having problems then please feel free to contact us without obligation and, if we can not answer your queries for you, we will contact the consulate on your behalf (UK only).
For information on applying at the Russian Consulates in the UK, please see http://ru.vfsglobal.co.uk. Only basic information is now given on the Consulate sites themselves as they operate through a Visa Application Centre. Holders of foreign diplomatic and service passports intending to visit Russia on official business should still apply in person at the Embassy.
