What is the
processing time?
The processing time is the number of business days that it will
take us to obtain your visa once we have received your documents
and lodged your application with the Chinese consulate. We will
lodge your application the next consular working day after we receive
it.
For obtaining visas from the Chinese consulate in Moscow we will
need to prepare visa support documents which can take up to five
business days, though this can be done in advance of you arriving in
Moscow if you order and pay online.
The day we receive your visa from the Consulate we will arrange
to send it
to you by courier or optionally hold it at our office for
your collection.
Business days exclude weekends, Russian and Chinese public holidays.

Yes, of course we can. We will process all necessary visas "back to
back" and return your passport with all visas when they are

Can I deliver
my passport and collect my visa from your office in person?
Yes, of course you can, we have an office in central Moscow and
we will be happy to see you and assist with your application if
needed. If you intend to deliver an application in person or
collect your passport and visa we are open for collection and deliveries during the
following times.

Visa applications received by our office after 16.30 on weekdays or at any time on
Saturdays or non-working days will not start to be processed until the following working day.
How can I
pay for my visa?
You have several options to pay for your visa:
- credit or debit card when you place your order
online (please note there is an additional 3% credit card fee)
- credit or debit card by phone (please note
that credit card payments attract a 2.5% surcharge)
- cash

To order your tourist visa online, simply click on the level of

What will
happen when I click the service I want?

When you select the service you want from the
options above we will ask you to fill
in a simple online form with details about yourself, your trip
and finally you will have the option to pay using your credit
or debit card through our secure servers. |

We will then email your visa application form to you
- this will be automatically completed with your details - as
well as full instructions on what to do next. |

You fax or email the last page of your
passport to us so that we may start to generate your visa
support documents. |

You print and sign the visa application form and
bring or send
this, along with your passport and a single colour passport
photograph to our Moscow office. |

We will generate your visa support documents,
complete all the necessary forms and submit your completed visa
application to the Chinese Consulate. During the processing
of your application, we will be on hand to answer any queries
the Consulate may have and to ensure that your application is
dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. |

The day your visa is ready we will collect
it in person and return this to you using courier or hold it at our office for your collection.
