How do I get started?
Simply fill in the form below telling us where and when you want to go and click
the Search Hotels button. We will then display available hotels and the total price, inclusive of all taxes and fees, for any
available rooms for the dates selected.
I’ve found just what I need, how can I pay for my booking?
The price you see is the total price you pay, no
“prices from” or “bait rates”, there are no hidden extras or additional charges and as all services are
fully paid for in advance there are no nasty surprises on arrival!
You have several options to pay for your services including:
The quoted rates must be fully prepaid before we confirm your hotel and are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions.

Hotels may also be booked directly from our Moscow office, payment there may be made by Credit or
Debit card or by cash in Russian Roubles.
Can I cancel a booking once I have made it?
Yes, generally you can cancel a booking if it is within 5 days of check in without penalty,
however many hotels have their own specific policy that may extend or reduce this period. Please make sure you read the cancellation notes for
the hotel before you book.
Are there any dates that hotels will be more expensive?
Yes, like most hotels, the periods around Christmas (both Western and Orthodox),
New Year and public holidays are usually busier and therefore usually more expensive.
In Moscow there are trade fairs and exhibitions throughout the year at which times the hotels
may charge higher room rates at their discretion dependant upon local conditions and available for rooms.
In St. Petersburg, you can expect to pay higher room rates during the peak tourist season from May
to August.
Why can’t I see hotel prices and availability for a specific date?
We only show hotel prices and availability for a maximum of seven months in advance.
If you need a particular hotel booking further in advance than this then please
contact our travel team directly and they will be happy to help.
I can’t find a hotel that suites my needs, can you help?
If you can’t find what you need from one of the thousands of hotels in our direct database
then you can ask us to carry out a manual search for you.
