I'm not in the UK and / or not a
British citizen, can you process my visas?
Unfortunately we are not able to process Chinese and Russian visas for non-EU nationals who cannot prove residency in the UK.
If you are not in the UK when applying for your visas you would need to send
your applications to us by courier and we would return them the same way. All
you need to do is complete the
credit card
authorisation form, enclose this with your applications and we will charge
your card directly for the return courier to your requested address.
For the return courier, please ensure that you give us the full return
address including a post code and local contact telephone number.
What details should I put on
the applications?
The tour starts on 13th July 2008 from Beijing in China.
A Chinese tourist visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue for
a maximum visit of up to 30 days within the validity period. If you apply too
early and your exit from China falls outside of the validity window, we will
hold your application until the earliest time and then submit it to the
consulate for processing.
For the Chinese visa please set the exit date as 25th July 2008 and regardless of which country you arrive from you should
select the departure city as Beijing and the country
departing to as Mongolia. The cities you will be visiting are Beijing and Mutianyu.
For the Mongolian visa set your date of entry to 17th July 2008
entering from China to Zamin Uud and departure from Ulaanbaatar to Russia.
For the Russian visa set your entry date to 7th July 2008 with entry
from Mongolia to Barnaul and departure from Barnaul to Kazakhstan. The cities
you will be visiting should be Moscow, Kazan, Samara and Nizhny Novgorod.
This visa start date will ensure we can apply for your visa in good
time and it will be valid for the duration of your Dragoman trip. If you are
planning to stay in Russia beyond the end of the Dragoman trip, you may be
better opting for a different start date or even a 6-month multi-entry visa to
cover your stay; in this case please feel free to contact us for advice relating
to your particular plans.
For the Kazakh visa set your entry date to 15th August 2008 with entry
from Russia to Ust Kamenogorsk and departure from Aral to Russia.
For all visas except the Chinese one, do not adjust the end date
calculated by our system to ensure that the visas are prepared for the maximum
validity period. Remember, for the Chinese visa please set the exit date as 25th July 2008.
