| Hi All,
Can I confirm that the path my wife needs to take is:
Spouse Visa > FLR > ILR
We already have the spouse visa (just under 2 years left) and are living together in the UK with our daughter (Dual citizenship already).
The confirmation of the route will help with us planning the next hurdle.
Thanks in advance

Location: London | Spouse visa is FLR so the next step is ILR. | |

| Thanks Malcolm - this is a really pleasant surprise, so we can apply for citizenship after how many years of ILR?
Thanks | |

| Citizenship isn't directly linked to ILR - your Wife just has to satisfy a requirement of living in the UK for specified amount of time to be eligible for Citizenship. Probably anywhere from 3-5 years depending on when your Wife first arrived. | |
