Another great result for Dinamo at the weekend, getting a draw away to CSKA. Now for Zenit at home this weekend!

Dynamo Moscow 1 Zenit 2
Zenit 1 Lokomotiv Moscow 0

So far so good for Zenit. Joint top of the League after playing 4 games.

Dynamo Moscow are close to signing Schalke forward and German International Kevin Kuranyia and reported to be offering him 5 Million Euro a year! That will be some coup if they get him.

Indeed it would. I can't understand them signing Voronin - he couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo at Liverpool and hasn't done any better at Dinamo so far!

Kirrie - What do you think about Dynamo Moscow signing German International striker Kevin Kuranyi from Schalke? Quite some contract Dynamo are paying him, Dynamo did well to beat teams like Liverpool and Juventus to get his services.

Looks like Zenit St Petersburg have just gone and bought Rubin Kazan's best player. Russian International striker Alexander Bukharov has reportedly signed for 18 Million but the Russian transfer window doesn't open up again I think until August? Supposed to be a done deal, it's all over the internet both in the Russian press and English speaking press.

We will be looking into going to one of the biggest matches in Russian Football next month, Zenit St Petersburg(the current runaway League Leaders 6 points clear!), Russian Cup Holders too! Zenit will be at home to CSKA Moscow on Saturday 21 st August. I will ask my fiancee to see if she can get tickets but was wondering if anyone else has any contacts for Zenit matches at the Petrovsky? When we went to watch Zenit v Real Madrid in the Champions League a couple of years ago the appartment owner got our tickets on the black market and it cost a packet! Believe me! I don't wish to pay that sort of money again.

Zenit are a bit different than other Russian clubs as they sell out all of their home games just about, for this one you have a problem of 22,500 capacity, Zenit having around 16-18,000 season ticket holders and CSKA being given an allocation of 2,500-3500 which they will sell and this doesnt allow many for general sale.

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, I would be extremely appreciated!

P.S Zenit had a ban last season for woman fans attending, anyone know if this was just for a season ticket? Or if woman fans can go, I would like to go to the match with my fiancee.

Zenit Champion

Nobody got any contacts for Zenit tickets?

Perhaps the new Real Russia Office in St Petersburg can do for a admin charge on top of the ticket? Say £40 on top of ticket price of 2 tickets or something like this?

Cheers.

Zenit v Dynamo Moscow this weekend Eric.

Zenit 9 points clear at the top at the halfway stage and have heavily invested in the past 2 weeks spending over 40 Million on 4 players.

Zenit vpered za piter - Zenit Champion!

Maybe there is a God!

I was due in St Petersburg next week, we were looking into getting tickets for the Zenit St Petersburg v CSKA Moscow match (1st v 2nd) but due to a mistake by the Registary Office with our CNI 6 weeks ago, they had taken all my fiancee address details in Russia but they put down it was 2 English people marrying abroad! Even though we went into great detail about her job etc. I had to cancel my flights and re-book for later this month now the Zenit v CSKA match has been postponed to allow both teams more preparation for there European matches, thus meaning if my missus had got tickets the match they would have be no good, the match is re-scheduled for November and fingers crossed we will be in the Maldives on honeymoon then!

Cheers God!

Kevin Kuranyi looking good for Dynamo although paying him over 100 grand a week you would kind of expect that!

3 goals in 2 games for the German International striker since his move from Schalke 04.

Zenit 4 points clear but with 2 games in hand on Rubin Kazan. Zenit still not tasted defeat in the year 2010. Magic!
