Real Russian Apartments
For our clients that wish a closer experience of Real
Russia we can offer accommodation in our furnished apartments in the
centre of Moscow,
St. Petersburg and
in other Russian cities and towns by request.
They all have modern amenities, the kitchens are fully
stocked, there is a water filtering system in every apartment and most have
satellite TV with hundreds of international channels. Our Moscow and St.
Petersburg apartments are serviced daily by a maid and linen is changed three
times a week.
All luxury apartments are exclusive and are within
walking distance of the main sights, theatres, shops, subway stations,
embassies, markets and restaurants.

How much will it cost?
Unlike many of our competitors who charge a high fixed cost rates and take a
commission per night, our pricing is simple and exceedingly competitive and
based on per apartment, per night.
With Real Russia you will not get to your apartment to find out that your
"internet special" is 15% higher than the standard rates that locals enjoy!
How
long will it take to get an apartment?
For apartments in Moscow and St. Petersburg, review the selection on offer,
check the availability with the apartment calendar, use the form on the
apartment home page to book your choice and we will confirm within 24 hours,
often sooner.

For apartments in other cities, or for specific requests not in our current
Moscow and St. Petersburg selection , the time varies dependant upon the city,
your specific requirements and the time of year. The longest time is one week.
How
can I pay for my booking?
You can pay for your booking on-line (for which there is a 3%
credit/debit card surcharge), or by cheque.
Are
there any dates that apartments will be more expensive?
Yes, the periods around Christmas, New Year (both Western and
Orthodox) and public holidays are usually
busier and therefore usually more expensive.
In Moscow there are trade fairs and exhibitions throughout the year
at which times the owners of the apartments may charge higher rates at their
discretion dependant upon local conditions. For 2004, these dates

In St. Petersburg, you can expect to pay higher room rates during
the peak and high tourist seasons. These are:

January 10th
